Ernst & Young
Maverick Minds delivered a 2 hour lunch time professional development entitled Connect-Collaborate- Communiate for Ernst & Young employees. Participants were given the opportunity to explore some core organisational development themes and their creativity in a creative environment. Although only 2 hours participants responses show what can be achieved in a short time when people allow themselves to open their hearts and minds and step into their individual and collaborative creativity.
All participants enjoyed and appreciated the artful approach to the workshop and found it very useful for:
- Taking people out of their comfort zone.
- Being open minded.
- Looking at things from a different perspective.
- Understanding how people feel.
- Building confidence, teaming and conflict management.
- Finding news ways to approach clients and problems.
